Boxing
The afternoon is for boxing
BH Boxing runs Monday through Friday, 1:30 to 4:00 PM. Drop in for $30, or take eight sessions for $200.
A lot of training in this city happens before work or after it. Brick House keeps a different block in the middle of the day. BH Boxing is on the floor Monday through Friday from 1:30 to 4:00 PM.
It is coached. It is not open gym with gloves. The drop-in is $30. Eight sessions are $200.
Why the afternoon holds
Noon to four is when a lot of Atlanta schedules actually break. Lunch-ship covers the floor for $30 a month in that window. Boxing is the session inside it, priced on its own, for people who want rounds and coaching instead of another solo hour.
If you have been collecting classes that never quite become a skill, this is the narrower offer. Same coaches, same building, a set time, a published price.
How it sits next to the rest of the house
Strength class is the evening and Saturday morning: Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM, Saturday at 9:00 AM. Open gym is the rest of the published hours, $55 a month, or $25 if you only need the one day.
You can come see the building on a day pass and book boxing as the drop-in once you know the room. The front desk is info@brickhouseatl.com, and a trainer request comes back within 24 hours.
Start smaller than eight
Eight sessions at $200 is the better number if you already know you will be here on weekday afternoons. If you do not know that yet, the $30 drop-in is the whole decision.
One session tells you if the coach, the hour, and the room are yours. That is the signup we would rather have than a block you do not use.
