Which pass fits the hours you actually have
A day, a week, the lunch window, or the full month. The pass that gets used is the one that matches your clock, not the one that sounds like the best deal.
Unused gym memberships are the normal outcome of buying hours you do not have. Brick House publishes four ways onto the floor. Pick the one that lines up with when you can actually be here.
If you are still deciding
Buy the day. $25, one day, 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. That is the cleanest first step, and it is the one we point people to when they ask where to start.
If you already know you want a full week in the room, the 7-day pass is $35. Same hours, seven days in a row. Useful if you are in town, coming back from a layoff, or testing the floor before a month.
If work owns the morning and the evening
Lunch-ship is $30 a month, noon to 4:00 PM. It is the pass for people who can train in the middle of the day and do not need the 5:00 AM open or the evening close.
That window also overlaps BH Boxing, which runs weekdays 1:30 to 4:00 PM. Boxing is a separate drop-in at $30, or $200 for eight sessions. The lunch pass is floor access. Boxing is the coached afternoon block.
If this is your gym
Open gym is $55 a month for the published hours: weekdays 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. That is the membership for someone who is already training and wants the floor without building a plan around a single class time.
Strength class is Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Seventeen coaches are on the roster, with Danielle DiCaterino and Jeremy Watford at the head of the house. If you want a person, not just a key fob, ask the desk. You get a reply within 24 hours.
